This product is a nylon 66 LED mounting spacer designed to securely fix four-legged LEDs (such as full-color LEDs) at a vertical and uniform height relative to the substrate. Its structure guides the four lead wires, reducing the tilt of the LED and supporting stable mounting. Additionally, by adopting a black color, it suppresses light reflection around the display area, making it suitable for applications where enhanced contrast is desired. By aligning the height of the substrate and the LED, it becomes easier to position the LED in the panel display window, and supporting the base of the LED helps reduce the load on the lead wires. Furthermore, by suppressing and holding the LED in place to prevent floating or tilting, it supports the efficiency of assembly work and stabilizes the appearance quality. The nylon 66 material possesses excellent mechanical strength, toughness, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
