PPS Spacer Round Type - Hollow / CP
This product is a round hollow spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) that has excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. Utilizing the superior electrical insulation of PPS, it is suitable for applications that require electrical separation between substrates and components. The thermal deformation temperature of the material (at 1.82 MPa) is 260°C, providing high heat resistance suitable for resin parts used in high-temperature environments. Additionally, it has flame retardancy equivalent to UL94 V-0 and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications where heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance are required, such as in high-humidity environments or environments exposed to chemicals. Being made of resin, it does not rust like metal, allowing it to be used as fastening components in environments where metal corrosion is to be avoided. Due to its excellent electrical insulation properties, it helps in providing electrical separation and preventing shorts in circuit board mounting.
