This product is a hexagonal male-female threaded spacer made of "PPS (polyphenylene sulfide)," which boasts extremely high heat resistance and chemical resistance. It excels in heat resistance, maintaining dimensional stability and mechanical strength even in harsh thermal environments. It achieves the highest class of flame retardancy among resin materials, rated "UL94 V-0," and has an extremely low water absorption rate, making it resistant to changes in physical properties even in humid environments. While being very lightweight compared to metal spacers, it possesses rigidity close to that of metal, providing high reliability in the mounting of precision electronic devices and high-temperature circuit boards. With excellent electrical insulation properties, it poses no risk of short circuits in circuit board mounting and has minimal concerns about corrosion, making it a suitable fastening component for a wide range of industrial fields that require reliable electrical separation.
