PPS Spacer Hexagonal Male Thread Adhesive / BSP-WE
This product is a hexagonal male and female threaded spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. It is characterized by its superior heat resistance, maintaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments. It also has excellent flame retardancy, complying with UL94 V-0. *This applies if the actual material grade is UL94 V-0. Additionally, it has a very low water absorption rate, making it suitable for applications requiring dimensional stability in humid environments, as it minimizes the impact of humidity on physical properties. Compared to metal spacers, it is lightweight, contributing to the reduction of weight in equipment and devices. Furthermore, the high rigidity of the PPS grade makes it suitable for securing components in precision electronic devices and parts used in high-temperature environments, where both lightweight and rigidity are required. With excellent electrical insulation properties, it helps in providing electrical separation and preventing shorts in circuit board mounting.
