JURACON One-Touch Spacer / SJ
This product is a one-touch type spacer that allows for tool-free fixation to a circuit board, made from durable and dimensionally stable Delrin (POM). The tip of the spacer features a flexible snap-fit structure, enabling easy and secure attachment by simply pushing it into the mounting hole of the circuit board, eliminating the need for screws and tools. The Delrin material has extremely low water absorption, resulting in minimal swelling or dimensional changes due to humidity fluctuations, thus maintaining accurate spacing over long periods. Additionally, being entirely made of resin, it possesses high electrical insulation properties, physically preventing circuit shorts between the circuit board and chassis. Since operators can easily attach and detach it by hand, it significantly reduces labor time in the assembly process of electronic devices, greatly contributing to increased productivity in manufacturing environments. It is an extremely efficient choice for securing high-density mounted circuit boards and in environments where maintainability is required.
