Juralon spacer for vertical board mounting / VAD
This product is a dedicated spacer designed to mount circuit boards vertically, made from Duracon (POM), which boasts mechanical strength and high dimensional stability. By arranging sub-boards and sensor boards vertically relative to the main board, it allows for three-dimensional utilization of the limited space inside the enclosure, strongly supporting the implementation of high-density electronic devices. The Duracon material has very low water absorption, resulting in minimal dimensional changes and warping even in humid environments, accurately maintaining the angle of vertically mounted circuit boards over long periods. Additionally, it possesses complete electrical insulation, physically preventing the risk of shorts between the circuit boards and the enclosure or adjacent circuits, ensuring safe implementation. In environments that pursue space-saving designs, this is a highly efficient option that enables a three-dimensional layout by standing the circuit boards.
