Steel spacer hexagonal, male thread (trivalent chrome) / BSF-E
This product is a steel hex spacer with one side featuring a male thread (external thread) and the other side featuring a female thread (internal thread). It is suitable for stacking circuit boards and fixing components in between, allowing for connections where the male thread side is fixed to a panel and the circuit board is secured to the female thread side. The surface is treated with trivalent chromium chromate to reduce environmental impact. It is environmentally friendly as it does not contain hexavalent chromium, while still providing stable protection against moisture and corrosion. Thanks to the excellent mechanical strength characteristic of steel, it maintains stable holding power even in structures subjected to vibration and load. This component achieves robust fastening in sealed environments with rust prevention measures and in designs where the balance between cost and rigidity is emphasized.
