Lead-free brass spacer hexagonal with both male threads (nickel-plated) / ASE-N
These are essential male thread (spacer/stand-off) components for securing the gap between the circuit board and chassis, as well as for connecting parts inside the enclosure. Both ends have screw holes (male threads), allowing for strong fixation of the circuit board to the enclosure or between circuit boards by tightening screws from both sides. The hexagonal shape makes it easy to tighten with tools, efficiently supporting assembly work. It features high environmental performance and reliability due to "lead-free brass with nickel plating." By adopting "lead-free brass," which eliminates lead, it is designed to comply with environmental regulations such as the RoHS directive. Despite being lead-free, it maintains the excellent machinability characteristic of brass, resulting in minimal variation in screw precision and achieving high fitting performance.
