From corrosive liquids to high-temperature liquids. With a wide range of materials, shaft sealing specifications, and high-efficiency design, we support stable operation of process equipment.
KSB's "MegaCPK" is a chemical process pump designed for liquid transfer in a wide range of industries, including chemicals, petrochemicals, and refineries. It adopts key dimensions in accordance with ISO 2858 and a design that meets the technical requirements of ISO 5199. There are 79 combinations of impellers and casings available, allowing for selection based on the required flow rate and head. Materials can be chosen from gray cast iron, cast steel, stainless cast steel, duplex stainless cast steel, and super duplex stainless cast steel. The shaft seals accommodate various specifications, including gland packing, single and double mechanical seals, and cartridge-type mechanical seals. In addition to reducing power consumption through high-efficiency hydraulic design, its structure excels in wear resistance and maintainability, contributing to lower operating and maintenance costs. The back pull-out design also considers ease of maintenance work.
