Explaining the manufacturing process and production management technology of PCa products. It is ideal for the undercarriage of transport AGVs that carry heavy concrete products and molds (WGM).
Precast concrete (PCa), which contributes to labor-saving and shortening construction periods at construction sites. PCa products (columns, beams, wall panels, box culverts, etc.) are manufactured by pouring and curing concrete in steel molds at factories in advance, and they are characterized by maintaining high quality regardless of weather conditions. The manufacturing process of PCa involves a complex series of steps including mold cleaning and assembly, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, compaction, steam curing, and demolding. Due to the nature of small-batch production with a variety of products, the introduction of a 'production management system' that accurately tracks the status of molds, pouring schedules, and inventory locations at shipping areas significantly affects the productivity of the factory. Our 'Wheel Gear Motor (WGM series)' is an optimal motor solution for the undercarriage of 'heavy load transport AGVs' that safely and automatically transport large and heavy concrete products and steel molds, ranging from several tons to several dozen tons, within such PCa factories.

basic information
■ Key Points of Precast Concrete Manufacturing and Production Management - Process Traceability: Linking material lots, pouring dates, and steam curing temperature histories to product IDs to establish a strict quality assurance system. - Formwork Management: Optimizing the schedule for reconfiguring steel formwork and maintenance periods through a system in multi-variety production. - Automation of In-Factory Logistics: Accelerating efforts to move very heavy precast concrete products not only with overhead cranes but also with heavy-duty transport AGVs running on the floor. ■ Features of Wheel-Type Gear Motor for Heavy-Duty AGVs (WGM Series) - Ultra High Torque Load-Bearing Structure: Integrating polyurethane tires and reduction gears within the wheel to provide powerful drive capable of handling heavy precast concrete products and formwork. - Complete Domestic Inspection: Conducting complete domestic inspections from prototypes and small lots to ensure reliable quality.
Price information
By providing products based on globally standardized ODM, we dramatically reduce the implementation costs compared to conventional domestic products. Prices may vary depending on the combination of wheel diameter, output, reduction ratio, and options (such as electromagnetic brakes), so please request a quote for details. Additionally, we offer flexible customization from a single unit, including changes to encoders to match higher-level controllers and adjustments to rated voltage.
