The EasyRoll BR Series is a lineup of six three-roll mills, ranging from benchtop models with φ63.5 mm rolls to production models with φ300 mm rolls. You can scale up from R&D to mass production within the same series. ■ All models: Roll gap controlled numerically in 1 µm steps The Position Repeater lets you set and manage the gap numerically. Anyone can reproduce the same quality, making it easy to transfer conditions set in the lab to production machines. ■ Fixed structure keeps the gap constant during processing Prevents the gap from widening under the load of the material being processed. ■ Safety features as standard Equipped with an emergency stop button, hand-turn handle, safety cover, and brake mechanism. ■ Precision maintained after installation Annual inspection and zero-point adjustment let you reset the reference position. We also offer on-site testing at our facility, demo unit rental, and contract processing with the benchtop BR-150HCV3.
