[FlexScan Case Study] Hokukanai Town Hall, Hokkaido

Multifunctional monitors greatly contribute to the efficiency of administrative tasks. Efforts towards sustainability are also a point of evaluation.

At the Hokusei Kanna Town Hall in Hokkaido, as part of the promotion of DX (digital transformation) in administrative operations, 131 units of the 27-inch multifunction monitor "FlexScan EV2795" were introduced. Additionally, the Agricultural Committee within the town hall received one unit each of the 31.5-inch 4K multifunction monitor "FlexScan EV3240X" and the EV2795. The primary reason for the adoption was the feature of being "less tiring on the eyes." Furthermore, staff members who use two PCs found it inconvenient without a switch to toggle between them, but the EIZO monitors come equipped with a PC switching function, which also facilitated the decision to implement them. As anticipated, staff members have reported experiencing reduced eye strain, stating, "It's clearly less tiring than the previous monitor" and "My eyes don't get tired even in the evening."
