This is a technical case study of PEEK coating applied to the inner surfaces of metal piping components (fittings and branch pipes) used in harsh environments such as chemical plants and semiconductor manufacturing lines. *The images provided are cross-sectional samples of coated parts to confirm the uniform coating formation on the inner surface.* In lines carrying corrosive fluids or ultra-pure chemical processes, the inner coating achieves "high corrosion resistance" and a "metal-free environment." **Main Improvement Effects from Implementation** ■ High chemical resistance and corrosion resistance Exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
