If impact resistance is required, consider PC/ABS or PC; for chemical resistance and water resistance, consider PP. 【Caution】 The load deflection temperature is low at 80°C, and it tends to weld to cutting tools due to processing heat, so effective chip removal is crucial. It can yellow and degrade under ultraviolet light and is susceptible to organic solvents like acetone, so it is primarily for indoor use.

ABS (Natural) Sheet Due to its low cutting resistance and smooth surface finish, it is suitable for machining prototypes and jigs. Solvent-based adhesives work well, and paint adhesion is also good. Sheet thickness: 6 to 100 mm.
ABS (Black) Sheet This is a black version of HSNAC-ABS, the same as the natural one. It is easy to cut, bond, and paint, making it suitable for indoor equipment covers, panels, jigs, etc. Sheet thickness: 10 to 50 mm.
