[Case Study of Collaboration with Suppliers and Customers] Sotas

Achieving both 'reliable transmission of update information' and 'reduction of communication costs'! A case study of smooth collaboration both inside and outside the company.

We would like to introduce a case study of Sotas, which has achieved a reduction in communication costs. Before implementation, there was variability in the quality of document creation and legal checks, and challenges existed in standardizing information management and collaborative tasks. In this case, by automating the request and distribution of SDS, we facilitated smooth collaboration both internally and externally, achieving "standardization of work quality" and "elimination of dependency on individuals." The system makes it easy to grasp the status of responses and follow-ups, ensuring reliable communication of updates. [Challenges] ■ There is variability in the quality of document creation and legal checks. ■ Information management is not standardized, leading to dependency on individuals. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
