At Hanshin Seiko, we accept additional processing for the inner diameters of color bushes manufactured through lathe machining and other methods. We will review the condition of the supplied items and the drawings, and consider manufacturing methods using wire-cut electrical discharge machining or shape-cut electrical discharge machining. You can consult us about inner diameter key grooves, notches, square shapes, multiple grooves in various locations, and asymmetrical irregular holes. If it is possible to pass a wire through a through-hole shape, we will process it using wire cutting while confirming the positional relationship between the existing inner diameter and the additional shape. We also consider responding to single items, prototypes, and small quantities, such as "We can handle lathe machining in-house, but we want to outsource only the special shapes of the inner diameter" or "We don't have enough quantity to prepare a broach." For parts after hardening, we will provide guidance after confirming the material, hardness, and shape. For thin-walled parts, we take into account deformation due to fixation, wall thickness after processing, and the coaxial relationship of inner and outer diameters.
