We combine machining, wire cut electrical discharge machining, shape electrical discharge machining, fine hole electrical discharge machining, and grinding to provide integrated processing from finishing reference surfaces to holes, grooves, and contours. We will consider processing methods according to shapes such as positioning holes, tapped holes, counterbores, pockets, irregular holes, corner holes, and slits. We will also confirm not only the hole diameter but also the pitch between holes, the positional relationship with the outer shape, and specifications for plate thickness, flatness, and parallelism. We will consider processing standards used in multiple processes and the sequence of operations including heat treatment. In addition to single items, prototypes, and small lot production, please consult us about additional processing for plates after hardening and for supplied items. Based on drawings and CAD data, we will provide guidance on necessary processes and machining feasibility.
