We would like to introduce a case that achieved a reduction of approximately 1,690 hours in working time and a reduction of about 4.7 million yen in labor costs. Previously, we struggled with the manual aggregation of paper work daily reports and the issue of quality data being dispersed across different processes. In this case, by implementing DX consulting for the manufacturing industry, we were able to automatically aggregate work data in the cloud, allowing managers to instantly visualize production status and bottlenecks.
