Material optimization software for sheet materials | CutPlan
Material Takeoff Calculation CutPlan
Compare the use of materials using fixed lengths and offcuts as candidates. You can consider adoption plans while looking at the required number of pieces, yield, and leftover materials.
This is a Windows software for reviewing the material selection of sheets based on dimensions and layout. It allows you to compare which sheet dimensions to take the same parts from, using multiple standard sizes and available offcuts as candidates. You can input the width, height, and quantity of parts according to material type and sheet thickness, and set the usable materials and cutting conditions. You can check the required number of sheets, yield, and combinations of materials, and compare material costs by entering unit prices for the materials. You can verify the cutting diagram and dimensions of leftover materials for the selected plan, and share it via black-and-white printing or PDF saving. The software supports decision-making for material optimization with diagrams and numerical data.
