Calculate the handling convenience of fixed-length boards | CutPlan
Material Takeoff Calculation CutPlan
How this part fits into the standard sheet. You can check the handling convenience and the required number of pieces based on the dimensions, quantity, and cutting conditions.
This is a Windows software for checking the cutting convenience of standard-sized boards based on the dimensions and arrangement of parts. You can input rectangular parts of varying widths and heights all at once and consider how to cut from which board. You can specify usable standard sizes and available offcuts, set the blade width, processing allowance, and outer margin, and perform calculations. If you want to fix the orientation of the parts, you can also specify whether each part can be rotated. You can check the number of boards needed, yield, combinations of materials, and cutting diagrams. The cutting convenience can be shared in diagrams, which can be used for material arrangement and cutting preparation. The selected diagrams can be printed in black and white or saved as PDFs.
