At our own foundry in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, we manufacture cast iron and cast steel products using sand casting. For machine parts, industrial equipment components, replacement parts, and wear parts, we consider material selection, castability, and post-processing conditions based on customer drawings and specifications. We carry out everything from model making to molding, melting, pouring, heat treatment, machining, and inspection on the same site (total area of 16,000 m²). Our Japanese office in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, provides technical consultation, estimates, and delivery in Japanese. Please send us your drawings and 3D data.

【Method】Sand casting (including model making and foam models) 【Examples of compatible materials】Gray cast iron (FC), ductile cast iron (FCD), carbon steel cast steel (SC), low alloy steel cast steel, wear-resistant cast iron and cast steel *Please consult us for standard materials such as JIS, ASTM, EN, and other materials. 【Melting equipment】Steel melting furnaces 5 units (0.5 to 2 tons each), 10 ladles 【Post-processing】Heat treatment (quenching, etc.), CNC machining, finishing such as shot blasting 【Inspection】Emission spectrographic analysis (chemical composition), hardness testing, tensile testing, three-dimensional measuring machine (dimensions). Inspection documents will be submitted for each delivery *Compatibility, dimensions, and weight may vary depending on shape and material.
