Applications/Examples of results
■Recommended for the following uses: - Training for new employees at manufacturing and machinery trading companies - Basic education in electromechanical systems for liberal arts graduates and industry newcomers - Pre-assignment training for sales and technical positions - Systematic technical education prior to on-the-job training (OJT) - Outsourcing of training due to a shortage of internal instructors ■Case Study: YKT Corporation The company faced challenges such as a decrease in retention rates for new graduates, an increase in liberal arts graduates, and variability in knowledge due to OJT-centered development. A total of 110 hours of training was conducted for new employees in sales and technical positions, consisting of 70 hours in mechanical systems, 25 hours in electrical systems, and 15 hours of comprehensive exercises. Practical exercises, such as LED dice production, were also included. Since its implementation in 2023, the turnover rate has remained around 5-10%, achieving zero turnover due to education. This has also led to increased initiative and quicker integration into the workforce after assignment.
