This is a contract processing service that adds a semicircular shape to tall parts made of SS400 using wire cut electrical discharge machining. In the example provided, a semicircular shape with a required dimension of R30±0.02mm was processed on a workpiece with a height of 220mm. After cutting out, the same contour was further finished three times to refine the radius dimension and the shape in the height direction. Attention was paid not only to the top surface but also to the contours of the intermediate and bottom surfaces, adjusting wire tension and processing conditions. Please inform us of the material, workpiece dimensions, additional processing locations, tolerances, quantities, and desired delivery dates on the drawing. The dimensions listed are the conditions for this processing example.
