We can discuss the production of special shapes, long holes, notches, internal cut shapes, and single or small quantities with different thicknesses. We select machining, wire cutting, and surface grinding based on material, shape, and required precision. Not everything is processed by wire cutting. In addition to thickness dimensions, we check the flatness, parallelism, and surface roughness of contact surfaces, as well as the positional relationship between the outer shape and holes. Please inform us via drawings which dimensions or surfaces are important for assembly. We will organize and consider the conditions that can be met with commercially available products and those that require custom processing.
