We will consider the processing method using wire cutting for through shapes that allow wire passage. Even if the individual tooth shapes and groove widths match, differing angular positions will not meet the desired assembly conditions. Please share the drawings indicating which tooth or centerline will be used as the reference for determining the orientation of the key groove, including its relationship with the outer diameter and end face. The shape cannot be determined solely by the number of teeth. We will check the standards, tooth shape dimensions, tolerances, and the width, depth, and processing length of the key groove. If there are steps or bottoms remaining in the process, we will also consider the necessity of different processing methods based on the cross-sectional shape.
