This is a contract processing service by Hanshin Seiko. We process the start hole required for wire cutting of closed contours using fine hole discharge machining. For materials that are difficult to drill, such as high-hardness materials and hardened materials, we can confirm the drawings and materials, and you can consult us including the subsequent wire cutting process. The start hole serves a different purpose than the holes in the finished product. Please prepare a drawing that indicates the completed contour, the position for passing the wire, and the side to be removed and the side to be retained.
