This is a contract processing service by Hanshin Seiko. For parts that have a mix of round holes, square holes, and irregular holes, we not only check the hole dimensions but also the positional relationships between them, and consider the entire processing process for the parts. If there are tolerances in the spacing between round and square holes, it is important to transfer the reference surfaces and reference holes for each process. We choose methods according to the shape and requirements, ranging from wire cutting, fine hole discharge, machining, to shape engraving discharge. Not all processes are carried out uniformly. We will confirm material, heat treatment, plate thickness, hole diameter and depth, inner corner radius, through/stop holes, hole spacing, machining standards, tolerances, and surface roughness. Please also inform us of any gaps and corner shapes with the corresponding parts.
