This is the contract processing service of Hanshin Seiko. You can consult us about wire cutting processing for through irregular holes such as square holes, hexagonal holes, and polygonal holes in thick parts. For thick holes, the relationship between the entrance and exit, as well as the contour in between and the reference surface, is also important. We will confirm the hole's planar shape, processing height, material and heat treatment condition, tolerances, and holding methods together. For closed contours, we will also consider using start holes for wire passage or existing holes.
