First, we want to evaluate a super hard part with one piece. We will consider the processing method based on the material type and essential functional requirements.
This is a contract processing service by Hanshin Seiko. We accept inquiries for special contours, irregular holes, key grooves, fine grooves, and mold parts made of cemented carbide, starting from one piece or small lots. For through contours, we consider wire cutting, and for concave shapes that leave a bottom, we use die-sinking electrical discharge machining, adapting the method to the shape. Since single items may require setup and electrode production, please separate and inform us of the essential dimensions and shapes, as well as any parts that can be discussed for changes. The images are provided as illustrations to explain the part shapes.

We will also confirm the functions of sliding surfaces and fitting surfaces, as well as subsequent processes. For internal through processing, we will consider the starting hole and wire passage, and for bottoming, we will examine the electrode and processing range.
