This is a Windows software that allows you to set the actual blade width for such board cutting considerations. In CutPlan, the width lost during cutting is input as "blade width," and the dimensions added to the width and height of the parts for finishing work are input as "processing allowance." You can also specify the outer margin of the board and whether the parts can be rotated for calculations. Even with the same dimension table, you can check the differences in the required number of sheets and arrangements based on cutting conditions. You can confirm the adopted plan with a cut diagram that includes cutting lines and share it with the processing personnel via black-and-white printing or PDF saving.
