Perfect design for rough and finish machining of various types of materials (graphite, copper, aluminum, steel and hardened steel, ceramics, carbide, and others). It provides maximum precision and machining speed in 3D processing and can be used for complete machining, including drilling and threading. The vertical milling machine "RPT," which pursues high-speed and high-precision machining, features all-axis linear motor drive and linear guides, enabling high-precision machining without aging changes. In particular, the counterbalance of the Z-axis adopts a vacuum system (patented) to achieve stable machining. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-speed spindle that can reach up to 42,000 RPM, reducing machining time for high-hardness materials such as mold steel after hardening.
