While this method can relatively prevent conduction and convection, it does not take into account the utilization of radiant heat. Therefore, the insulation cover for band heaters is designed with a wavy reflective plate that reflects radiant heat back, further enhancing the insulation effect. Experiments have shown that using our insulation cover can save approximately 25% of electricity compared to conventional products while maintaining the same temperature.
