This is a revolutionary cartridge heater that prevents insulation degradation due to moisture absorption.
This is a heater designed to be inserted into a hole provided in a metal part. It is used not only for mold heating in plastic processing machines but also in automatic packaging machines and other applications. 【Features】 ● The heater itself is sufficiently electrically insulated and has a structure that allows for safe use. However, as a characteristic of the insulating material, its insulation properties may decrease at high temperatures or deteriorate due to moisture absorption in high-humidity environments. To address the issue of insulation degradation, we have developed a revolutionary cartridge heater that uses "water-repellent magnesia" to solve the problem of insulation reduction caused by moisture absorption.
