Super Invar, a low thermal expansion material, is also a difficult-to-machine material. Nagata Industry has over 25 years of experience handling super Invar materials. We can perform various machining processes including NC lathe machining, machining, wire cutting, die-sinking electrical discharge machining, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, and mechanical lapping. Our processing achievements include parts for machine tools, measuring instruments, optical devices, and others. We also offer surface treatments such as electroless nickel, low-temperature black chrome, and Raiden. Additionally, we have a wealth of experience in heat treatment for super Invar and Invar at our subcontracted factories. You can also rely on us for the procurement of Invar and super Invar materials. We have stock available for smaller quantities. Notably, for high-value projects with high difficulty, there are often no competing suppliers.
