This nozzle is designed for applications that require micro and nanoliter precision dispensing. We offer tubes with MINSTAC fittings for VHS valve connections, filter screens, and spray nozzles (air-assisted and pressurized).

To ensure flexible compatibility with the system, two connection methods are provided: - Threaded end type and straight tube type. The threaded end type is suitable for connections in high-pressure and confined spaces, and it allows for a simple and reliable connection that is resistant to leaks. The threaded end nozzle can also be easily removed for cleaning and orifice size changes. The straight tube model is designed to connect with straight pipe-type VHS valves and press-on tubes. A soft and flexible tube suitable for the fluid (such as PVC, EVA, FKM, EPDM, etc.) is used for the connection. The nozzle coated with Teflon is effective in preventing liquid drips. Teflon is intended for hydrophobic coating and is not meant for corrosion resistance. Additionally, we can accommodate custom length requests.
