Our company acquired all of the electron beam welding equipment business from NEC Platforms, Inc. in August 2020, and we are engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of electron beam welding machines, as well as contract processing for electron beam welding. Electron beam welding machines perform high-quality welding by accelerating electrons in a vacuum and irradiating them onto specific areas of the workpiece. The electron beam welding process is not a thermal conduction process. It directly melts the necessary parts with electrons. As a result, machining with extremely low thermal distortion is achieved compared to conventional welding methods.
