●What is the Teratech Method… It is a patented method that involves injecting rigid polyurethane foam "Teratech resin" under concrete floors to fill voids and level sunken floors using its expansion force. [Settlement (Level) Investigation] Using surveying equipment, we measure the height of the floor slab and quantify the amount of settlement and deflection of the floor.
