Our company conducts inspections in about one-tenth of the time of traditional methods by measuring with a 3D scanner, and we also create the same CAD data as the product, returning it to digital design! 【Use Cases】 ■ Inspection Services It is possible to extract arbitrary cross-sections from measurement data. Non-destructive visual shape inspections are conducted. Thickness and shape checks can be performed on the data. ■ Scan Data / CAD Data Comparison We compare design 3D data with measurement data to check for product warping, thickness, shape omissions, and springback. ■ New CAD Data Creation We measure mock-ups and convert them into 3D CAD data. This significantly reduces work time compared to traditional contact methods. ■ CAE Design Analysis We perform CAE analysis based on the external shape of existing products.
