Vacuum casting is a method that uses silicone molds instead of metal molds to cast resin in a vacuum state and obtain replicas. By using silicone molds, we can accommodate small lot sizes with short lead times and significantly reduce initial costs. The durability shot count for one mold is estimated to be around 20 to 30, making it suitable for the production of prototypes for industrial plastics, with some exceptions. Applications ⇒ Design confirmation, shape confirmation, assembly confirmation, in-house sales samples, promotional products, photography samples, samples for patent applications, and more. You can specify the material to be cast. ■ Urethane resin, epoxy resin, silicone, casting wax You can specify the physical properties and specifications of each cast. ■ Heat-resistant casting, colored casting, transparent casting, hardness-specified urethane rubber casting, ABS equivalent resin, PP equivalent resin, flame-retardant resin, weather-resistant resin, and others.
