【Features】 ○ A compact board-type probe card is implemented in the X-Y-Z operational positioner. ○ The compact probe card is equipped with multiple pins, allowing insertion into narrow gaps between magnetic poles while maintaining contact with multiple elements simultaneously. ○ The probe unit is equipped with a 90-degree rotation locking mechanism, enabling it to be fixed at a 90-degree rotation from a horizontal position while probing the sample. ○ Magnetic field application tests can be conducted in horizontal or vertical directions relative to the sample without rotating the electromagnet. ● For more details, please contact us.
