A new automatic opening and closing device option will be available for Sanwaise's versatile flush door DR40! It can be linked with non-contact hand-sensing sensors, upper sensors, and alcohol sprayers, enhancing infection control measures and allowing for easy door operation even when both hands are occupied, further improving the convenience of Sanwaise's fixtures! With a safety sensor, it automatically stops if a person is detected in the opening direction. The opening and closing speed can also be set, and of course, it is compatible with Sanwaise's interlock control. Additionally, by using an electromagnetic lock, it achieves automatic opening and closing without contact while meeting the highest JIS grade A-4, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including clean rooms in pharmaceutical and food manufacturing factories where airtightness is required and doors need to be operated without touching. Traditionally, the screws for fixing the outer frame of hinged doors have been flat-head tapping screws. However, as it has become mainstream to use aluminum cap channels for the substrate of panel openings, we have received feedback that tapping screws, which require a pilot hole, are inconvenient. Therefore, we have decided to change the standard accessory screws for fixing the outer frame of the products listed below to flat-head drill screws. The traditional flat-head tapping screws will still be available. The door bottom used for the three-sided frame of opening doors in a bottom-tight specification is valued for its ability to smartly seal the gap between the floor and the door. However, if the floor surface is uneven, it cannot effectively seal the gap and fails to fulfill its intended function. Therefore, we have prepared an optional stainless steel threshold to complement the function of the door bottom. This stainless steel threshold is pre-processed at the factory with screw holes so that it can be installed on an already finished floor, and it also includes plugless anchors for securing it to the floor. As a result, there is no need for processes such as floor chipping or backfilling, and it can be easily installed even after the door has been mounted. For Sanwaiz's double-opening doors, we will ship the thresholds with pre-processed French drop receivers. Accordingly, we will discontinue the use of the conventional corner drop for surface mounting in the bottom-tight specification for double-opening doors and will use an integrated French drop instead. This option will be available starting August 1, 2012. When placing a new door order, please inform your sales representative if you require the stainless steel threshold. If you need it for an already installed Sanwaiz door, please provide the outer dimensions of the door frame.
