Smart resin insulated flush door for low-temperature clean rooms.
A thermal insulation door is required at the entrance and exit of a clean room with lowered temperature. The DIR40, made entirely of synthetic resin for the frame material, maintains the appearance of an aluminum flush door while reducing condensation phenomena on the door body and outer frame caused by thermal conduction. The interior of the door is a combination of a resin frame and styrene foam, making it very lightweight and capable of handling certain chemicals that metal flush doors cannot accommodate.
