To create a box smaller than the 60 size for delivery, which has a total of three sides measuring 60 cm or less, a separate process using a wooden mold (the Thomson process, which cuts out from cardboard sheets using the mold) was necessary. However, by utilizing our company's mini-sized compatible flexo-folder-gluer, three-color printing, and fully automated gluing line equipment, even smaller boxes can be produced without the need for a wooden mold. For example, a size of 180×170×H60 mm can be produced economically.
