■Overview This device measures shaft vibration of various rotating machinery, including turbines, and supports dynamic balancing adjustments. (It is applicable to turbo machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, blowers, pumps, as well as electric motors and generators.) We started with vibration measurement and dynamic balancing of turbine generators from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Vibration can always be a source of trouble in turbo machinery. In the case of long shafts or when strong centrifugal forces are at play, the elastic forces of the shaft can disrupt dynamic balance. However, it is not possible to test every potential operating condition in advance, so we must establish patterns and achieve balance accordingly. Being able to optimize quickly at that time becomes an important factor in the field. It is also possible to consolidate this into a condition monitoring system that manages long-term historical data. In addition to essential items such as phase reference, rotational speed signals, and shaft vibration waveforms, we can incorporate operating conditions like oil temperature and output, allowing for monitoring of operating conditions centered around vibration status. - I want to check vibrations at a slightly higher level during routine inspections. - I want to monitor vibration status remotely. - I want to conduct quality control before shipment. - I want to monitor the condition of the entire facility.
