It is the process of cold drawing using dies and plugs with materials such as hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, electric welded material pipes, and coil pipes (PIC). We also accept overseas procurement depending on the budget, so please feel free to consult with us! 【Features】 ○ Small diameter and thin-walled steel pipes that cannot be manufactured through hot processing can be produced. ○ If the dimensional accuracy of the pipe is insufficient in hot processing, pipes with satisfactory accuracy can be achieved through cold processing. ○ The smoothness of the inner and outer surface finish that cannot be obtained through hot processing can be achieved through cold processing. ○ Mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, hardness) that cannot be obtained through hot processing can be achieved through cold processing. ○ When manufacturing methods that can only be done through mass production lead to higher costs, small lots can be produced through cold processing. ● For other functions and details, please inquire or download the catalog.
