A resin that is ideal for foam molding as an alternative to rubber. It has air bubbles, making it cushioned, lightweight, and durable!
This is a rational molding system that allows for the simultaneous production of a strong, high-density skin layer with excellent appearance and feel, as well as an internal core layer, by injecting raw liquid into a mold with patterns tailored to specific needs and performing foaming molding. It has been put to practical use in a variety of fields, from industrial products that leverage the excellent energy absorption characteristics of the gas (air) compression within the microcell structure to household items with outstanding appearances. 【Features】 ■ Good resin flow due to liquid injection, allowing for a wide range of product designs. ■ Low mold manufacturing costs (molding pressure is 3-10 kg/cm², about 1/100 of that of general plastics). ■ Low molding pressure and molding temperature (reaction heat), making it easy to integrate various types of inserts such as wood, metal, and plastic. ■ A dual structure consisting of a high-density skin layer and an internal core layer. ■ Faithful reproduction of various patterns applied to the mold (integrated molding with surface materials is also possible). *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF for further information.

Company information
We handle a wide range of materials including heat-resistant fluorine rubber, perfluoro rubber for organic solvents, EPT rubber, CR rubber, and various gaskets. We also process plastic resins such as general-purpose PVC, acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate, and Teflon (PTFE), as well as various special resin materials like PEEK, which have heat and organic solvent resistance. For corporations facing issues with rubber gaskets and resins in special environments like factories, we can provide accurate advice based on our years of experience and know-how. If you have any concerns about various hoses, O-rings, gaskets, heat-resistant bellows, rubber rolls, or anything else, please feel free to contact us.
