Powder coating involves heating and melting solid curing oils, waxes, etc., at room temperature, then coating the raw material powder or granules with the curing oils or waxes, followed by cooling and encapsulating the surroundings, known as "dry coat microcapsules." Alternatively, there are "film coat microcapsules," which are coated with water-soluble or non-water-soluble films, dried, and then encapsulated. This process allows for masking flavors and odors, preventing moisture/sublimation and reactions, achieving controlled release, and preventing degradation over time.

In the case of food/health food: we mitigate the bitterness and unpleasant taste of raw material powders, and further enhance functions such as taste/flavor/color through packaging and tablet compression. We also perform sustained release of fragrances and long-term sustained release of antibacterial agents in water. By coating one of the powders that react when mixed, we can prevent the reaction and allow it to occur by removing the capsule at a specified temperature or in water/solvent. We also accept requests for preventing the astringent taste of catechin and polyphenol powders.
