basic information
【Features】 ○ This special welding technology achieves chemical treatment of the layers formed on the base material and the welding surface, finishing the welded repair area to nearly the same level of metal physical properties as new. It also thoroughly removes residual stress caused by heating. ○ Since many components of ship engines are made of cast iron, welding repair technology for castings is considered common knowledge in the maritime industry, with numerous successful applications even in areas where high strength is essential, such as engine intake and exhaust valves and cylinders. ○ There is no reduction in strength after welding for repairs, and machining is also possible. Additionally, by combining corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant resin materials, it is possible to reduce costs while simultaneously improving corrosion resistance. ● For more details, please contact us.
