The BL Quick Change model: GC-220 is a device for the automatic exchange of material handling welding and built-in spot guns in the spot welding process using robots. Through CAE analysis of the attachment and detachment mechanism, we achieved an optimal design that maintains a performance capacity of 220 kg while achieving a lightweight and compact size comparable to the GC-150B.
