The outer diameter has been reduced by approximately 70% and the weight by about 50% compared to our conventional products (220kg portable servo gun exchange specification). Along with miniaturization and weight reduction, the thickness during coupling is also kept to 110mm, minimizing the load on the robot. By adopting a round shape, interference with wiring and piping around the wrist is also reduced. ●ISO standard compliant, no adapter plate required Designed to comply with ISO9409 "Mechanical Interface" with mounting pitches of PCD125 and 160, it can be directly mounted on most commercially available robots with a payload of 150 to 230kg without an adapter plate. ●High reliability and ease of use The detachable mechanism featuring a ball lock system, which is easy to teach, remains unchanged. The spring backup enhances the fail-safe function, making it more robust and reliable. ●Standard equipped with detachment confirmation sensor & LED display! Standard features include a detachment confirmation sensor that detects the "attached" and "detached" states of the fastening part, along with LEDs that display each state. Additionally, an approach sensor (with LED display) that is convenient during teaching is also available as an option.
